    1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
    At Farm Nuts International, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

    The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
    Products with signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted for return or exchange.
    For quality issues (e.g., damaged packaging, incorrect items received), please contact us immediately upon delivery.
    2. Non-Returnable Items
    Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

    Products that have been opened or used.
    Items damaged due to customer handling or improper storage.
    Custom or special orders that were specifically prepared based on customer requests.

    4. Shipping Fees for Returns
    For returns due to product defects or shipping errors, Farm Nuts will cover the return shipping costs.

    Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    For bank transfers, please provide your bank account details for processing the refund.
    6. Exchanges
    If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same process as returns.
    Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
